“Talking directly to Downtown business owners as well as collaborating with both the City and Thurston Economic Development Council will give an open platform to discuss and share experiences and innovative ideas. Many businesses have had to pivot during COVID-19, and this gives us an opportunity to hear what tools they’ve used and to share resources,” says Todd Cutts, Olympia Downtown Alliance Executive Director.
