Grant-Funded Consulting in the Areas of — E-Commerce Website Development, Human Resources, Bankruptcy and More is Now Available!

Thanks to a new grant from the Small Business Administration (SBA), experts at the Thurston Economic Development Center for Business & Innovation (CB&I) can help 70 local businesses develop an e-commerce website, improve accounting practices and develop new strategies to keep a business viable during the COVID-19 crisis.

The CB&I staff will match approved applicants with a professional consultant skilled in e-commerce website development, accounting, human resources, business bankruptcy and hospitality marketing.

Applicants must be located in one of the following counties: Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Grays Harbor or Pacific. Must have been in business by January 31, 2020. Must have been impacted by COVID-19. Application approval is on a first-come-first-served basis and applications close on November 10, 2020.

These services are also made possible, in part, thanks to funding partners, including Thurston County, the Lacey Small Business Development Center and the City of Olympia.
