As Thurston County continues to see a real estate boom, one of the areas of significant growth is in single-family housing development. Woodbrook Townhomes, currently under construction under developer The Milestone Companies, LLC, plans to start moving residents into its 124 unit project as early as January 2021. “This project is part of the Schilter Farm plat, which was allocated originally for single-family housing units, and there were eight acres left available, so we purchased them for the Woodbrook Townhomes project,” says Brandon Smith, Owner at the Milestone Companies.

Woodbrook Townhomes boast two – four bedroom townhome units for rent with an average range of 1500 – 1900 square feet. “All of our finishes and amenities are designed to be at the home level, as opposed to a typical rental unit,” says Smith. “We start paving this week, and we’re excited to add this to our portfolio of projects as we watch Thurston County continue to grow.” Learn more
