Independent Contractor Agreement Training
November 21 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Join us for an online training for small businesses on understanding how to draft independent contractor agreements. We will focus on the relationship between your business and the independent service providers you need to hire to meet your business’s needs. We will cover the key legal issues that come up in such agreements and common mistakes to avoid. We will also address the most important legal terms to include in such agreements like the scope of work and warranties. A sample agreement and an accompanying explanatory document will be provided to all attendees and available on our resource page after the training.
