About the Presenter:
Ijeoma Unachukwu, LLM, CIPP/US (she/her/hers) leads the small business work at Communities Rise where she provides transactional and advisory support to small businesses on business, intellectual property, and privacy law issues. Prior to joining Communities Rise, she worked in-house in a Seattle-based technology company where she advised on the launch of several cutting-edge technologies across the world, negotiated and drafted intellectual property agreements, and advised on privacy compliance. Ijeoma has a master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and Policy from the University of Washington and is a US Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). She is currently licensed in New York.
