About the Presenter: Audrey Barbakoff is the Community Engagement and Economic Development Manager at King County Library System. She creates opportunities for small business owners and entrepreneurs through forging meaningful engagement in the business and tech sectors. She is a 2013 Library Journal Mover & Shaker and a national speaker and author. Audrey received her Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Washington in 2010.
