The Small Business Innovative Research program (SBIR) provides seed money to small businesses who are developing new technologies that might be of interest to federal agencies. Washington APEX is teaming up with NW Tech Bridge to provide a general overview of the DOD SBIR program and how to participate.

 The presentation will include:

• A review of the Department of Defense SBIR Releases and the current topics. Learn about the solicitation and how to navigate the process
• A look at how understanding the topics will help you to create a more responsive proposal
• An overview of available support resources from NW Tech Bridge, Washington APEX and Parallax APEX to help you craft your strongest proposal
