With over 20 years of experience as a Partner at MJR Development, Mike leads sales, marketing, business development, and operations for the entrepreneurial commercial real estate firm known for high-quality Class “A” properties such as “The Sanctuary” in Federal Way and “The Hub” in Lacey.

Prior to his real estate career, Mike was a key member of the founding executive teams at four high-tech startups in the Puget Sound area, with three successful acquisitions. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
