The excitement was palpable as Simply Organic Cafe & Catering celebrated its grand opening at the Agriculture Innovation Park on March 13 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked a new chapter for the beloved local business. Over the course of the weekend, the community showed up in droves, eager to experience the cafe’s fresh, locally sourced, and organic offerings. In fact, the response was so overwhelming that Simply Organic actually ran out of food shortly before closing time on Sunday!

The new location at 16404 OLD HWY 99 SE, Suite 101, Tenino, WA, is a perfect fit for Simply Organic Cafe. The Southwest Washington Agricultural Business & Innovation Park (Ag Park) is dedicated to supporting regional farmers, food producers, and agricultural entrepreneurs—an ideal match for Simply Organic’s commitment to sustainability and farm-to-table freshness.
For owners Katie Stann and Bryce Hughes, bringing Simply Organic to Tenino felt like coming home.
“Tenino has a way of pulling people back,” Katie shared. “Bryce grew up here, and he always wanted to return and contribute to his hometown community. When we learned about the Ag Park, we immediately saw how its mission aligns with our values—supporting local farmers, small businesses, and sustainable food production.”
