You know how a great driver in a great race car shifts smoothly through the gears, hitting the right one for the right conditions at the right moment on the track? That is how a confident businessperson (or small business owner/entrepreneur) navigates through any situation they face in running their business.

In this interactive workshop, we will identify your default “gear” – how you lead, communicate and make decisions for your business today. We will cover the four different “gears” you can choose to use in any situation. And we’ll discuss coaching behaviors and skills that help you build confidence in your personal presence, no matter which “gear” you choose. With a combination of structured presentation, demonstrations, and experiential group learning, you will leave this workshop with a practical experiment and a few tips and tools that will help you drive impact in new ways immediately.

Come ready to actively engage!

Participants will:

· Identify the four “gears” of leading and running a small business

· Self-assess their default leadership presence

· Learn core coaching skills you can practice immediately

· Find and commit to an experiment

· Have fun!
