Do you have a great idea for a new business? Ever wonder how to transform that idea into a viable business? Join us for a discussion on the value of putting your plan to paper, whether organized notes or a formal business plan, and the value that a small business mentor can provide along the way.

This week we talk with Jeff Friedman, a small business mentor from the Tacoma, WA SCORE chapter. Jeff is an experienced small business owner who enjoys sharing his knowledge to guide entrepreneurs to success. With a focus on startup businesses, Jeff is eager to work with you to bring your ideas to fruition, and beyond.

“I can help you start up your business from idea generation to finding and opening your new location. After you open, we will work together in identifying opportunities to survive and grow your business. You have so many great ideas in your head. I ask the questions that get you to write them down for us to explore. Having started a small business, I know there are a lot of challenges – in all areas of business. I will help to get you through them, now and even after you are a business success!”

Wednesday Webinars with SBA Seattle is an ongoing series of free, virtual, webinars covering a variety of topics to benefit small business owners. On the first Wednesday of each month, we will be spotlighting our Resource Partner network who provide free and low-cost support to small businesses in all stages of growth, including one on one mentorship, workshops, and trainings.

South Sound/Tacoma SCORE is a team of nationally Certified Mentors who provide free professional counseling and workshops to aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners in Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Grays Harbor and South King counties.
